For those driving to Whitney Park, it is a one-way road.
Cars can only enter from Shepard St. and only exit via Sackett St.
The City of Westfield prohibits fires and alcohol at City Parks.

No Rain Date:
If there’s just a light drizzle, then bring your umbrella or raincoat.  The plan is to take a duckwalk. If it is raining part of the day, the celebration will go on for the dryer part of the afternoon. Otherwise, in case of severe weather, the event is cancelled.
